Confira a lista dos ganhadores do Eisner Awards 2017

O Eisner Awards é uma das maiores premiações de histórias em quadrinhos, equivale ao Oscar dos quadrinhos.

Anualmente, na San Diego Comic Con, os ganhadores da premiação são anunciados durante o evento.

O destaques da premiação foi Saga de Brian K. Vaughan e Fiona Staples, que ganhou o prêmio de Melhor série mensal pela quarta vez. Vaughan também foi premiado como Melhor Roteirista por Saga e Paper Girls. Staples se tornou a desenhista mais premiada dos últimos anos, ganhando nas categorias de Melhor arte-finalista ou time de arte-finalistas e Melhor Capista por Saga. 

O  Prêmio Humanitário Bob Clampett foi para Joe Ferrara, por seu trabalho de conscientização do câncer de próstata, e para Mark Andreyko, pela antologia Love Is Love após ao atendado terrorista em uma boate LGBT em Orlando.

Jack Kirby recebeu o prêmio póstumo Bill Finger Excellence in Comics Writing, apesar de ser mais conhecido por sua arte, Kirby também escrevia histórias em quadrinhos e, neste ano, estaria completando 100 anos se estivesse vivo.

Confira os indicados ao Eisner Awards 2016

O Eisner Awards é uma das premiações mais importantes dos quadrinhos. Os indicados de 2016 foram revelados nessa terça feira.

É bastante notável a ausência de títulos da DC Comics nas diversas indicações. Já o selo Vertigo e DC Digital marcam uma pequena presença com Black Death in America e A Lenda da Mulher Maravilha. A linha principal da DC é representada apenas por criadores individuais que fizeram algum trabalho no ano passado, como Amanda Conner, que está concorrendo como “Melhor Capista” com Arlequina.

As editoras que conseguiram o maior número de indicações foram a Fantagraphics com 12 nomeações, Boom! Studios com 8 e  IDW Publishing com 7.

Surfista Prateado da Marvel Comics recebeu diversas indicações, incluindo “Melhor série contínua” e “Melhor Edição Única/One-Shot”. Mike Allred foi indicado individualmente como “Melhor Desenhista” e Laura Allred como “Melhor Colorista”.

A Marvel ainda apareceu com A Imbatível Garota Esquilo em  “Melhor Série Nova”, e Erica Henderson, a desenhista da série, foi indicada individualmente na categoria de “Melhor Desenhista”.
